Refund Policy
For any cancellations received before Feb. 15, 2024, RSAI will retain 60 Euros of your registration fee to cover credit card and related handling charges. For cancellations received between Feb. 15 and March 15, 2024, 100 Euros of your registration fee will be retained. Refund requests should be submitted to the RSAI Secretariat at rsai@apdr.pt. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued after 5:00 p.m. GMT on March 15, 2024. If the organization cancels the congress due to advices from Local Organizing Committee we will refund 80% of the registration fee.
